Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. Please review fully. Clients will be responsible for failure to read TOS.

❀ General Terms ❀◦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.◦ I will not draw NSFW, mecha, or furry designs (highly stylized, chibi furry designs are ok)◦ I have the right to post any commissioned works to my social media for personal advertisement and to my portfolio, and to show commissioned work as examples to future clients. Credit will be given to the client and to artists/riggers if applicable.◦ You must clearly credit me anywhere that commissioned assets or models are used in a visible place (i.e. social media bio, video description, about page, etc.).◦ Reselling my works in any fashion is prohibited.◦ Usage of any of my works for any blockchain-related technology, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or AI-generated images is strictly prohibited. Similarly I will not incorporate AI-generated imagery into my work or create models based on AI-generated content.❀ Payment Policies ❀◦ All payments must be in USD via Paypal invoice.◦ Upfront payment is required before work will begin.◦ Orders over $100 may pay 50% upfront, 50% later. I am open to discussing payment plans for large orders.❀ Process and Wait Times ❀◦ Commission work will be completed on a first come, first serve basis. I will not begin any work until upfront payment is received.◦ Turnaround times given are for level of work associated with base pricing; and will vary based on amount of revisions, extras, and additional work required.◦ Any project deadlines must be discussed before I will accept the commission. Rush orders will be subject to an additional fee of up to 50% of the commission cost.◦ Please be aware that I have a chronic illness which can sometimes affect the speed at which I can work. Thank you for your understanding.◦ Client may request to see a work in progress at any stage of the commission process.◦ Client will receive a .zip folder containing un-watermarked, ready-to-use assets/model files only after payment is received in full.❀ Cancellations and Refunds ❀◦ If you have not yet made any payments, you may cancel your commission without any fees.◦ If work has not yet begun on your commission, you may cancel and receive a full refund. If I have already begun work, you may receive a partial refund based on how much work has been completed.◦ If through any fault of my own I find myself unable to complete your commission I will issue a full refund.
